The East Boston Museum & Historical Society's mission is to honor and preserve the rich and diverse history of East Boston for current and future generations. East Boston has long been a community of activists and engaged civic groups and organizations. “Eastie Pride” is more than an annual celebration; it is the love and passion so many residents, present and past, feel for our neighborhood and its rich history. In fact, because we are so proud of East Boston’s vital role in the American Revolution, its prominent place in ship building, immigration, and community activism, we want to share that legacy with neighbors from near and far by building an East Boston Museum. The East Boston Museum is currently fundraising for its future home. For more info and events sign up for our newsletter.
